1.Nature of Services

Optaxwave is a creative agency specializing in services such as branding, graphic design, logo creation, packaging design, UI/UX design, social media creatives, marketing materials, and custom visual solutions. Our goal is to craft tailored visual identities that help brands stand out, connect with audiences, and grow. All creative work is custom-built based on client needs, timelines, and business goals.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

Each project begins with a clear brief and scope of work, which is discussed and agreed upon before any design work begins. Deliverables will be outlined in the proposal or agreement, including the number of concepts, revisions, file types, and delivery timelines. Any changes or additions beyond the agreed scope may result in revised timelines and additional fees.

3. Revisions Policy

We provide a set number of revisions based on the service package or agreement. If the client requests additional revisions beyond what was agreed, those will be billed separately. We encourage clients to give clear and consolidated feedback to ensure efficient project completion.

4.Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all necessary information and materials—including content, logos, brand references, and timelines—at the start of the project. Timely responses and approvals are required to keep the project on track. Delays in feedback or incomplete information may impact the delivery schedule.

5. Payments & Invoicing

A project may begin upon receipt of an advance payment or full payment, depending on the terms agreed. The remaining balance (if any) will be due upon completion of the project before final files are released. All payments are non-refundable once the project has started, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Copyright & Ownership

Optaxwave retains ownership of all original design files and concepts until full payment has been received. Once paid in full, the client is granted full rights to use the final designs. However, unused concepts or drafts remain the property of Optaxwave and may be used for portfolio or future inspiration.

7. Portfolio Usage

We proudly showcase our work! Unless explicitly requested in writing, we reserve the right to display completed projects (logos, packaging, web visuals, etc.) in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. Work completed up until the termination date will be billed and must be paid. Any advance payment made will be adjusted against the work done.

9. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. All proprietary or sensitive information shared by clients will be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party without written consent.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Optaxwave operates. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of relevant courts.
